At Beef Restaurant, our menu reflects some of the finest beef dishes from around the UK, as well as world cuts.
Dishes including the finest breeds including Highland, USDA and Wagyu Beef, raised according to strict Japanese tradition and famed for its flavour, tenderness and fatty well-marbled texture.
We also source our Highland beef from the renowned Ballindaloch Castle itself, home to the oldest Angus herd of all, where the cattle graze on ancient pastures, drink pure Highland water and come winter time feed on the barley draff from local distilleries.

All the cuts of beef that we serve are left to hang on the bone for as long as three or four weeks and the result is the tastiest, most tender beef around.
